Rachel Smith - Chief Executive Officer & Founder
My passion for hair started when I was 16 years old in Plymouth, England where I grew up. My career has taken me all over the world working fashion shows, hair shows and cruise ships!
My most fulfilling time has been the last 19 years owning Razmataz Salon in Georgetown where I help grow talented stylists thru our advanced training program.
I love to spend my down time with my husband and kids, 2 dogs and my new passion is hydroponic gardening!
Rachel is one of our wedding specialists with years of experience creating whimsical and sophisticated updos all while staying updated on new bridal trends!
Emily Matthews- Chief Operations Officer & Makeup Artist
I’ve been in the beauty industry for 9 years, 6 of those being at Razmataz. Running the salon and getting to interact with our amazing clients every day is what feeds my soul!
Apart from operations, my love is being a makeup artist. With 9 years of experience I love using my skillset and knowledge to make each guest that sits in my chair, regardless of age, feel beautiful and confident by the time we are done. I’m our wedding coordinator and love getting to work with bridal parties!

Chris Michalak- Master Stylist
My hairdressing career began over 25 years ago in the suburbs of Chicago where I studied under a Vidal Sassoon trained stylist. Wanting to further my career, I moved to California and eventually found my way into the best salons in Los Angeles. I learned a lot in Beverly Hills and Hollywood and eventually settled in at a salon called Chaz Dean. There I had the opportunity to take care of many celebrity clients including Paula Abdul, Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas, Adam Sandler, and Lisa Rinna to name a few. Proving to myself that I had what it takes as a hair dresser, I longed for home where I opened my own salon and built quite the reputation for my short textured and tailored haircuts! Now after 25 years I'm just passionate about making people feel and look their best. Getting to know you and being able to satisfy your needs is one of my greatest pleasures in life. I look forward to seeing you soon!
Jennifer Kutrzeba- Master Stylist
Hi there! I love what I do!
I started my hairdressing career over 20 years ago and have had an opportunity to with some of the best people in the industry. I was a Color Specialist and the leading educator at Toni & Guy, and part of their main Art Team for 10 years at their Plano location.
I then moved to New York City to continue to grow as an artist behind the chair and working with Kevin Murphy as a Gold Key educator. I got to work at some of the best salons in NYC, and have had incredible opportunities to perfect my craft. From classic foil highlights to balayage to color corrections.
I’m very passionate about hair, working with people to become the best possible version of themselves, and helping them bring out their confidence by making them look and feel good.
When I’m not in the salon, I enjoy running, yoga, spending time with my family, and traveling.
Bayleigh Rizzo- Stylist
Bayleigh graduated cosmetology school at The Salon Professional Academy in Georgetown. Bayleigh is very passionate about education and learning. From her extensive color knowledge to her advanced training in textured/curly hair, she loves to teach her guests how to style their hair and use the best products for their routine! Her passion and knowledge shines through when she does dimensional foil highlights and edgy textured cuts. Her specialties are rooty blondes, dimensional color and high contrast balayages. She is certified in Vomor Hair Extensions and is our tape in specialist! Bayleigh is also certified in Brazilian Blowout and keratin smoothing treatments. Bayleigh is an animal lover who enjoys spending time with her crazy cat, guinea pigs and fish! She looks forward to seeing you in her chair!
Marcos Curry- Stylist
Hello! I’m Marcos! I specialize in balayage, highlights, and color. My passion is providing lived in color that will compliment you and your hair goals. Guest satisfaction is a top priority to me and I will always make sure you are receiving a relaxing and professional experience. I am an educator at The Salon Professional Academy and am invested in continuing my own education to give you the best experience while you are in my chair! I’m also an athletic personal trainer and teach youth ministry at Celebration Church. I’m grateful you chose me to be your stylist and I can’t wait to meet you in the salon.
Cara Lopez- Stylist
Hi there! I'm originally from Lufkin, TX and have been in the Austin area since 2003. I’ve had a love for the beauty industry for a long time! My goal is to bring out the beauty that already exists in you! I specialize in blonding, including balayage, lived in blondes and keratin treatments that seal in that perfect color and keep your hair frizz free! When I’m not in the salon, you can find me gardening, exercising or spending time with my husband, 2 kids and dogs! I can’t wait to have you in my chair!

Sam Lunceford- Stylist
Hi, I’m Samantha! I was born in Port Arthur, TX and moved to Austin in 2015. My passion for styling hair started at home with my mom and sisters. As an artist with an eye for color, painting led me to seek out another canvas to express myself on. So, I decided to attend Paul Mitchell the School in Austin! I love all blonde, color, and cutting services but my expertise lies within high impact blondes, vivid hair color, extensions (tape-in, hand tied and fusion) and fashion forward haircuts including the modern shag/wolf cut and textured cuts. As a woman who loves to live out loud, my goal is to create a positive environment for you and to bring your vision for your hair to light! I look forward to meeting you at my chair!

Marilyn Migliaccio- Stylist & Team Leader
Hi friends, I’m Marilyn! I’m originally from Clarksville, Tennessee and have been living in Texas since 2013 and love it! Since a young age I’ve loved all things creative. I am an Alumni of Paul Mitchell the School Austin. My creative passion is in lived in blondes, high impact blondes, extensions (tape-in, hand tied and fusion) and transformative color. I love creating custom looks to help you express yourself and truly feel your most confident! You’ll find me fueling this creative energy with a large cup of coffee and a smile! I love to build long lasting relationships with my guests and can’t wait to see you in my chair!

Dani Beltran- Stylist
Dani was born in Mexico, but raised here in Texas. She graduated from The Salon Professional Academy. For the creative genius, Dani‘s passion lies within blonding services such as highlights, balayages, high impact blondes and platinum cards! Dani also enjoys doing fun and vibrant fashion colors on hair! Dani’s creativity really shines when she makes visionary and Pinterest worthy special occasion styles. From braids, curls and pins to fun festival updos, Dani has mastered the art of event hair! She loves color and design so being a hairstylist is a dream for her! Nadiya Christenson- Stylist
Hey, I’m Nadiya! I’m originally from Minnesota and moved to Georgetown 3 years ago. I attended The Salon Professional Academy here in Georgetown. My expertise is in lived in color, highlights, balayage and tape in extensions! I’ve always loved everything involving beauty since I was a kid. I want to make everyone feel special and cared for when they sit in my chair. I love to eat, but not cook. ;) Can’t wait to meet you!

Kaylee Clark- Stylist & Aveda Ambassador
Hello I’m Kaylee! I was born and raised in Southern California, and have lived in Texas since 2019. My passion started at the young age of 9 inspired by my aunt, who is now a retired stylist. Growing up I was the oldest out of 4 girls so I have had a lot of experience playing around with hair which sparked my interest to learn more about hair. My favorite services are low maintenance highlight/ balayage and corrective color, as well as, medium to long haircuts. I also love doing keratin treatments and always take the time to give you a good finish! My goal as your stylist is for you to walk in looking beautiful and walk out believing it. Ill see you at my chair!
